  • Day 1 - Bangkok Arrival

    Place Transport: Airplane->Car
    Meals:
    On arrival in Bangkok you will be welcomed by MinMax Travel tour guide at airport and then transfer to hotel. Then you'll free time for relaxing or shopping. Overnight in Bangkok.

    Day 2 - Visit the famous 45-metre reclining Buddha and The Grand Palace

    Meals: Breakfast - Lunch
    Rise early and head out to Wat Po in time to for the monks early morning chanting ritual. After this uplifting and often private experience visit the famous 45-metre reclining Buddha. Continue to The Grand Palace, Thailand's most important landmark, where you will be awed by the grandeur and majesty of this extravagant structure. Continue to "Chakrabongse Villa" - the former home of Prince Chula Chakrabongse. Enjoy lunch amid lush tropical surroundings and wonderful river views. Afternoon is free time to explore Bangkok at your leisure. Overnight in Bangkok.

    Day 3 - Boat to adventure in to 'bygone Bangkok'- visit the Temple of Dawn

    Meals: Breakfast - Lunch
    Board a private long tail boat on the Chao Phraya and begin your adventure in to 'bygone Bangkok'. Pass by shop houses, local temples and vendors on this waterway which was once a major trading route and lined with impressive homes of one time aristocrats. After observing this lively area the boat stops at Baan Silapin, a 100 year old renovated house now home to an art gallery. Enjoy the gallery, take part in an art workshop or explore the local community, before experiencing a unique puppet show performance. En-route back to the city stop and visit the Temple of Dawn also known as Wat Arun. Continue on to a traditional wooden Thai Houses set amidst the leafy grounds for an authentic traditional Thai experience. Overnight in Bangkok.

    Day 4 - Visit Jim Thompson House - Bangkok Depature

    Place Transport: Car->Airplane
    Meals: Breakfast - Lunch
    Visit Jim Thompson House, a beautiful mansion. Comprised of several traditional teak buildings amid a leafy compound, Thompson spent years filling it with priceless antiques before his mysterious disappearance in 1967. You will take a tour through the house and learn more about himself and his involvement in the silk trade as well as about Thai culture and tradition. Cross the canal to Baan Krua, a Cham Muslim village whose artisans used to weave for Jim Thompson. Today, some of the original weaving families still remain and warmly welcome visitors. Visit local houses and view artisans at work. Return to the hotel for check-out, and then transfer to Bangkok International Airport for your flight.
